About carbon monoxide poisoning accident happened in Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. on August 19 2017, in some news reports referred to Huawo (Zaozhuang) Cement Co., Ltd., in order to avoid confusion, we hereby clarify as follows:
華沃(山東)水泥有限公司與華沃(棗莊)水泥有限公司無任何關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已于 2017 年 6 月將持有的華沃(山東)水泥有限公司的股權(quán)全部對(duì)外轉(zhuǎn)讓，且于 2017 年 6 月 7 日完成華沃(山東)水泥有限公司股東及法定代表人的工商變更登記。自 2017 年 6 月起，沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司已經(jīng)不參與華沃(山東)水泥有限公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理，此后華沃(山東)水泥有限公司的任何經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)均與沃特蘭亭水泥有限公司無關(guān)。如對(duì)華沃(山東)水泥有限公司的股東及法定代表人變更有任何疑問的，可以在國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行查詢(http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/corp-query-homepage.html)。
Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. and Huawo (Zaozhuang) Cement Co., Ltd. don’t have any association relationship. Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd. has transferred all shares of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. to external in June 2017, and completed the change of industrial and commercial registration about shareholders and legal representatives of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. on June 7 2017. Since June 2017, Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd. has no longer involve in the operation and management of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd., since then, any business activities of Huawo (Shandong) Cement Co., Ltd. have nothing to do with Votorantim Cement Co., Ltd. 部分媒體在 8 月 19 日關(guān)于事故的報(bào)道中同時(shí)提到華沃(棗莊)水泥有限公司，容易引起公眾誤解和混淆，有違客觀原則，實(shí)為不妥。
Part of the media also mentioned Huawo (Zaozhuang) Cement Co., Ltd. in the reports of the accident on August 19, which easily leads to public misunderstanding and confusion, contrary to objective principles, and it is really inexpedient.
